She is trained to use the most technologically advanced dental equipment – helping to eliminate the pain and discomfort associated with traditional dentistry. Dr. Sadineni has over 15 years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry, and completed more than 1,800 hours of continuing dental education, including 950 hours dedicated to hands-on skills and techniques. |

Ashley is the first person you usually see or hear when contacting our office, and she has been with the practice for nearly three years. She carries out a myriad of duties that ensures your visit runs as smoothly as possible. She resides in Grove City and attended the South Western Career Academy for dental assisting. Her infectious smile catches on as she works with the patients presenting treatment plan, confirm appointments, keep the schedule on track, etc. She loves her job and enjoys working with the other team members. Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching movies and cooking. |

Shilpa is dedicated in helping you with any questions regarding insurance benefits, treatment plan, treatment cost and financing. Patients love her for being very warm, concerned, and always available to speak to about dental treatments. Shilpa enjoys reading, cooking, travelling and spending time with friends and family. |

Rachel is an important member of our hygiene team. She has been in dentistry since 2005 and graduated with an associate degree from Columbus State. She enjoys showing people the gentle and caring side of dentistry, while also helping them to maintain a healthy, beautiful smile. Rachel keeps her skills and knowledge up to date by completing many continuing education courses each year. She takes CEREC digital impressions and prepares CEREC crowns for patients in one office visit. She educates patients on the importance of good dental health. She enjoys treating adults and children of all ages. Rachel loves running half marathons and spends time with family, especially her nieces and nephews. |

Natalie graduated from Ohio state university with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental Hygiene with a specialization of expanded functional dental auxiliary (EFDA). She also has a license to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation. She loves helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their dental visits. Her goal is to educate patients on the importance of good dental health. You will see her in the office performing dental cleanings, restorations and local anesthesia. Natalie love hanging out with friends and family. In her free, time she enjoys bowling, watching movies, and working out.

Lindsey began her career as a dental assistant and performs tasks with complete enthusiasm and dedication. You’ll see her from time to time when she comes in with the camera to take pictures, do your periodontal charting; taking 3D digital x-ray and carry out sterilization procedures. She loves helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their dental visits. She often thrilled by the results we are able to provide to our patients. Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends watching movies, golfing, and working out at the gym. |

Melisa has 6 years of dental assisting experience. She graduated from dental assisting school in 2006, attended Eastland career center while in high school. She is bilingual, and speaks both English and Spanish. She enjoys attending continuing dental education courses to stay up to date on latest advancements in dentistry. She ensures the highest standards in sterilizing and infection control. With her friendly smile and enthusiastic attitude helps educate patients on the importance of good dental health. Melisa is a certified jazzercise Instructor and teaches fitness classes twice a week in the Grove City. She enjoys being outdoors as much as possible with her son. |
