When I arrived, the person was on the phone talking to someone. She never put the caller on hold to address me, so I just sat down. Someone else came out from the back and welcomed me and gave me forms to sign. I guess that since I have insurance and your office knew ahead of time, that was the reason no one spoke about other payment arrangements. I thought I was going to have my teeth whitened via powerful light (I was told that on the phone), but I was given 3 15 minute brushed on treatments. They worked very well. I was pleased with the results. On the whole the people you have working for you are very good and customer-oriented.
