Dublin, OH (Feb 1, 2012) – Dr. Sadineni at Dublin Metro Dental is horned to announce that she is participating in Give Kids a Smile Day on February 3rd, 2012 at her office.
Give Kids a Smile Day is a national initiative by the American Dental Association held each year in February in conjunction with National Children’s Dental Health Month. This year’s National Children’s Dental Health Month campaign’s slogan is “ROCK YOUR SMILE”.
Dr. Sadineni and her staff volunteer their time, talent and resources for low-income and disadvantaged children in her community. Dr. Sadineni is participating in Give Kids a Smile program from past 4 years.
“We are happy to do our part to support the children of our community,” said Dr. Sadineni. “Many parents can’t afford proper dental care for their children and this is our way of giving back to the community.”
Some 80 percent of tooth decay in this country is suffered by 25 percent of its children, according to the National Institutes of Health. For every child younger than 18 years old without medical insurance, there are at least two children without dental insurance, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Most Children will receive a dental exam, X-ray’s, Cleaning, treating any cavities and a fluoride treatment at their appointment.
The ADA urges parents and caregivers to make sure their children brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, eat a balanced diet and see their dentist regularly to address tooth decay in its earliest stages
