I received a flyer in the mail which offered discounts for new patients. I had an exam and a cleaning done. I have had my teeth cleaned many times before and I don’t feel as though the technician did a very thorough job. When I left, I still had plaque build-up between my front teeth and on my back molars. I believe the lack in professionalism was because I was getting the discount and because I don’t have insurance. When I left, the receptionist didn’t even charge me for the visit. She had to call me to get my credit card number. I also don’t feel as though the dentist herself was very helpful or honest. I was quoted the same price for each of my cavities which I know can’t be the case because some were just surface and the others were deeper. I guess I was not properly explained my dental situation (the x-rays were not discussed) nor my financial options (I was only shown the invoice for the fillings). Altogether, I was not pleased with my visit and I will not return.
