“Dr. Aparna provides bi-annual dental services for my family and I was under 6 months smiles program with her during 2010. Overall a great experience. Even though the program was supposed to last only 6 months, Aparna made sure I wasn’t rushed through the program and helped me get extremely satisfied results though it took more than 8 to 9 months for me to achieve what I wanted. During this time and during the bi-annual services, I have noticed that her staff is very professional, wait times are minimal. Unlike the usual complaints with other dentists, Aparna’s office doesn’t perform unwanted or unnecessary procedures during bi-annuals, then bill additional charges that you have to pay out of pocket, which gives her patients an added peace of mind.”
