The only thing I wanted to comment on was that my insurance coverage was not reviewed or explained to me before I had certain procedures done. For example, I was given different types of x-rays during my first visit. After my appointment, I was told that my insurance covered one type of x-ray fully, and only covered the other type partially. So I had to pay the amount that was not covered by my plan before I left. This was completely fine, obviously I am not covered fully for that process, but I was not notified before the x-ray was given. At my previous Dentist, it would be explained to me what they wanted to do, and if my insurance covered it and by how much. Again, this is not a complaint, just a suggestion so that patients fully understand their situation.
