When I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Then when I was taken into the room the lady was very patient with me since I am a sissy when it comes to people doing work to my teeth. That was greatly appreciated. My doctor was very infomative and had much sympathy for my pain and nervousness that I had. To be completely honest with you I am terrified of you people and you made it much easier for me.
